SAMEER NANAVATI - Founder and CEO
Sameer is a graduate in Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration. Sameer started his career by serving Gujarat Lease and Finance Limited in the Retail Finance Division handling Car Loans for the state of Gujarat and then moved to Core Healthcare Ltd. During his stint at Core, Sameer was posted in the Strategic Planning Team and he worked on many projects. The Strategic Planning ability of Sameer came to the fore during this stint and he then decided to start an organization named "DISHA" in 1996. Since the start of the organization as a One Employee organization, the organization grew to more than 200 staff organisation and also became one of the leading distributors of nancial service products in the state of Gujarat. Post attaining a considerable market share in Gujarat, Sameer decided to spread the wings of the organization into Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. Sameer is an avid reader over a wide range of subjects.

SOHAM SHUKLA - Chief Operating Officer
Soham is an Electronics Engineer and a Masters in Business Administration with marketing specialization. Soham started his career with Tata Metals as a Maintenance Engineer in the Engineering side covering Quality Control and Productivity Enhancements. Post Tata Metals, he then moved to Core Healthcare as Corporate Planning Team Member, Soham was posted as Country Manager- W-Africa handling business for 5 countries. During this stint at Core, he was instrumental in turning around company's operations protable in his region. Soham has been the Chief of Operations since joining the Group in 1997. As COO, Soham has been instrumental in leading the Group to a "Numero Uno" position for sales of various financial service products spanning from Car Loans to Unsecured Loans to Investments in the state of Gujarat. He is a keen sports person with tennis being his passion.

KEYUR DOSHI - Chief Financial Officer
Keyur is a Graduate in Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration with finance specialization.  Keyur started his career with Jhaveri Credits and Capitals Ltd handling their Hire Purchase and Lease Finance Division. Since joining the group in 1997, Keyur has played a vital role by managing accounts, legal compliance, costing for the entire group. His cost controls have significantly helped the group’s bottom line. Keyur has extensive experience and currently he leads the teams for Finance, Accounts, MIS, Legal Compliances and Taxations. Other than finance and accounts, he is also instrumental in laying down internal audit processes. Keyur loves long distance running.

VIVEK KOTHARI - Head Operations
Vivek is a graduate in science and masters in Business Administration with marketing specialization. Vivek has over 8 years of work experience in the financial services industry. He started his career with American Express bank handling the Mumbai operation for their credit card division for close to 4 years. He then shifted to ICICI Bank managing their alternate channel for Gujarat heading a team of 200 staff. He served as Regional Sales Manager for Reliance Capital heading their Gujarat and MP operations for unsecured business division. He was instrumental in launching the Reliance Capital unsecured business in the state of Gujarat and leading his team as a top performing team in the country month after month. Vivek is a sports lover and plays cricket.
